WARRANTY POLICY

For 30 days from the date of purchase, Blue Ox will replace any product that fails due to a manufacturer’s defect during normal play. Broomball gear should be considered consumable and is not warranted to be indestructible. There is a limit of one replacement per purchase.

There is no warranty on heads that have been mounted on non-Blue Ox shafts.

A note about lifespan of composite sticks — Just like hockey sticks, composite broomball sticks are designed to be as light as possible for the highest possible performance and thus should not be expected to survive hard slashes, stick checks, goal post strikes or years of face-offs.
